Southern Specialties is gearing up for the New Year with its French bean program out of Guatemala and Baja. Restaurants across the country are featuring these gourmet beans in holiday presentations. The company is also shipping this premium product in its Southern Selects value added packaging for retail and club stores. The lineup includes microwaveable bags and the new 26 oz. zip close pouch bags with handles. The company is promoting the larger inventories of Fuji's with special promotions. The fruit sells great in either full or half bins as well as sleeve merchandisers.. all with a "farm fresh" graphic.
