In response to the devastation caused by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines last month, FirstFruits Marketing has pledged to contribute two containers of emergency supplies. The value of this donation is $20,000 and it will be made to Convoy of Hope, based in Springfield, MO.

“From the beginning FirstFruits Marketing’s mission has been to serve people in need and we have funding set aside to address emergent situations,” remarked Naomi Lule, chief financial officer at FirstFruits Marketing. “When Typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines our employees and board of directors all agreed that we wanted to support the relief efforts.”

The typhoon killed an estimated 6,000 people and affected 12 million, many of whom have been left homeless and without food and safe drinking water.
