<p> IFCO, the global leader in Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs), is welcoming Fred Heptinstall as its new Senior Vice President of Global Business Development. Dan Walsh will succeed him as President of the North American business.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Fred, who has been with IFCO since 2004, will be responsible for evaluating opportunities for geographic expansion of IFCO into undeveloped global markets, new product applications and services, and acquisition opportunities. He will participate in IFCO’s strategic global business development and will represent IFCO in relevant industry organizations, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Dan previously held a variety of leadership positions with the Brambles family of companies since 1998, including General Management, Strategy, Sales, and Customer Service throughout CHEP’s global product divisions and regions.
