The foodservice item is perfect for use in salads, and also as a cooking vegetable or side-dish. Italian Greens offer a 16 day shelf life and are presented in three, 1 lbs bags per carton under the company's new exclusive Tuscan brand. The item is a very traditional Italian style salad that originates in Tuscany.
