ORLANDO, FL - After opening 20 new locations a few months ago, Lucky’s Market persists with its growth in Central Florida by opening its newest store while Sprouts also continues its expansion in the region.

Lucky's seventh location in Orlando boasts local produce as well as bulk and specialty items

This marks its seventh location for Lucky’s in Orlando. The new 36,000-square-foot store will be in the old Sports Authority building across from Orlando Fashion Square mall and about 150 employees were hired, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Chris Darling, President, Lucky's Market“We’re not buying from some manufacturing facility 1,000 miles away,” said Chris Darling, President, who made an appearance at the store.

The new store has exciting new features such as a salad bar, pizza station, cafe, sushi and ramen bar, and bulk station.

Krista Torvik, Communications Manager, Lucky's Market“We try to stock as much local, seasonal products as we can,” said Krista Torvik, Communications Manager.

Torvik also stated not only will the new store have natural, organic foods but also at affordable prices.

“You can get your organic strawberries, but there’s also conventional options,” she said. “We love to be that one-stop shop for people. You don’t have to go Target and the grocery store. You can get it all here.”
