Ocean Mist Farms is celebrating the success of its inaugural leadership development program, graduating its first class in a ceremony on Nov. 19. The program is designed to cultivate the company’s promising individuals from within, through a curriculum that includes themes ranging from self-awareness to change management and strategic planning.
