Paramount Citrus is moving into the peak of its California citrus season. The company has launched its Pure Goodness integrated marketing campaign, supporting its newest brand - Wonderful Halos. This California Mandarin is packed in the world’s largest citrus facility, in Delano, California. The size of the mandarin crop is up this year due to new plantings with excellent crop quality. Not only are the upcoming holidays great times to merchandise and promote, but by building cart stopping displays that tie back to the company's $20 million dollar marketing campaign, retailers can cash in on big incremental sales. Marc Seguin, Vice President of Global Marketing, tells AndNowUKnow, "We’ve seen stores that merchandise experience 200% greater sales versus stores that do not. Also, our consumer research shows that 59% of mandarin shoppers make decisions in store. As a result, it’s important to build big displays and merchandise heavily."

To help kick off 2014, Gourmet Trading Company is moving its Los Angeles headquarters and warehouse to a brand new facility on January 19th. The 53,000 square foot facility, located in Redondo Beach, California, promotes the company's future growth with more loading docks than the current location, as well as features that include a brand new hydrocooler and pre-coolers. Chloé Varennes, Marketing Manager, tells AndNowUKnow, “The new facility marks another milestone in our evolution here at Gourmet Trading Company. This is just one in a series of exciting events slated for 2014.”
