The annual PMA Foodservice Conference & Exposition in beautiful Monterey brought in nearly 1,700 attendees! 157 companies exhibited this year, but only 5 companies took home awards! Best of Show went to Peak of the Market, with second place going to Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers. Sensory Experience went to Grimmway Farms, Best New Product Launch was won by Tanimura & Antle, and Duda Farm Fresh Foods took home the title of the People’s Choice Award. The event was held on July 29th through 31th. It was my first time attending the event and I really thought it was a great show. I was able to meet a lot of colleagues in short amount of time.
