Pure Flavor is enjoying growing popularity this season on its hothouse offerings. The company is continuing to diversify its tomato category, which is allowing the farms steady pricing, and less direct competition with field crops and other competitors in the industry. Pure Flavor is also seeing strong demand in the bell pepper category for its specialty peppers like Aurora Bite mini peppers and Aurora Sweet long conicals. Matt Mastronardi, VP of Sales & Marketing, tells AndNowUKnow, "Production on bells has been a roller coaster this season all due to darker Spring weather, but ,crops are bouncing back now and production should stay strong."
