<p>Southern Specialties has begun shipping its newly certified Fair Trade French beans under its "Today's Gourmet" label. Fair Trade USA worked with Southern Specialties and its farms in Guatemala in order to finalize the certification, and Today's Gourmet French beans now display the Fair Trade logo on the front of their packaging.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">"We are very pleased to become a Fair Trade USA partner," said Daryl Johnston, vice president of sales for Southern Specialties.
