SunnyRidge Farms is adding a new blueberry distribution center to be<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">completed by the end of March. It will include over 26,000 square feet of packing<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">space. Keith Mixon, President and CEO of SunnyRidge stated that “We are very<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">excited about the opportunities for this new facility. Its excellent location helps us<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">close the ‘geographic gap’ that currently exists between our Central Florida and<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Southern Georgia distribution facilities; allowing us to provide a higher quality<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">product and increased speed to market.” SunnyRidge Farm expects to market<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">over 6 million pounds of blueberries during the 2011 season.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
