The lettuce is available in compact, 1-count clamshells or 3-count club-packs and are packaged to deliver 35% more product per pallet. The new design has been created specifically for the rootless head of lettuce. Additionally, a recent study by the company revealed that roots vs. no roots does not affect the shelf life of lettuce.
