Trinity Fruit Company's Angela Hernandez Talks Organic Produce Summit 2022
FRESNO, CA - July 13 through 14 promises to be a full-on produce party, as the Organic Produce Summit (OPS) is returning to Monterey, California. Anticipation is building in the industry, evidenced by my recent conversation with Angela Hernandez, Director of Marketing at Trinity Fruit Company.
“We love OPS!” she began. “Besides reconnecting with industry peers, this year, I personally am looking forward to working with our first-ever OPS committee that was put together to continue to make OPS successful and even better for years to come! I feel that having people who are active in this trade show involved in the behind the scenes helps the organization overall for continued successes.”
What will be on display at Trinity’s OPS booth? Organic stonefruit, of course! As an exhibitor, Trinity’s goals are to grow its organic visibility for all of its commodities. As Angela noted, the company hopes to connect with new and existing retailers.
“In my opinion, OPS is one of the best shows! It’s intimate, and all the events are well thought out to give us information to take back and use to our advantage,” Angela told me. “We hope those who visit our booth learn that we are growing and continue to evolve as a company. We want visitors to know how vertically integrated we are and are always finding ways to grow fresh fruit consumption.”
