Trinity Fruit Sales has kicked off its early Brooks cherry season. The company began packing the variety last week and will be exporting its 11 lbs. boxes overseas. The domestic market will have a quiet start beginning with 16 lbs. boxes that will feature 12, 1.3 lbs bags and move into 8, 2 lbs bags as the season picks up.
