The year-round fruit hails from Colombia and is the next breakthrough banana varietal to catch the attention of consumers. The grower is harvesting red, yellow, and mini bell peppers. This year is looking to yield a substantially sized crop with great quality and supplies carrying the harvest into November. The peppers in Oxnard are slated to peak in mid-September.
