<p> The United Vegetable Growers Cooperative, a non-profit agriculture cooperative that focuses on leafy greens and row crop vegetable production, is welcoming its first full time CEO, Eric Schwartz.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">With over 30 years of experience in fresh, processed, and frozen vegetables and fruit, frozen meals, Eric will help provide invaluable insight to the cooperative and the bridge it needs between growing, processing, and the end users in retail and food service.
