Delfina Placencia, Jorge Placencia and Juan C. Trujillo were listed as the officers, directors, and/or major stockholders of the business.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Miami, Fl-based Foodsmart America Inc., was restricted for failure to pay a $10,920 award in favor of a Florida seller.
