HARRISON, NY - I have never set foot in a Wegmans, being the native Californian that I am, but I have heard tall tales of its majesty. Ranking high on Forbes’ Best Companies to Work For® List—at number three, to be exact—it would seem that working there is just as majestic.
The retailer, which is opening its first store in the Hudson Valley in the spring of 2020, is holding open interview hiring events, scouring the New York landscape for produce-obsessed folks ready to take on the task of serving fruits and veg to the masses. Wegmans is currently searching to immediately fill multiple full-time jobs for the location.
The new store will stand at 121,000 square feet and will feature a variety of restaurant prepared foods.
According to local news source, Patch.com, job seekers are encouraged to first apply online at wegmans.com/careers. After completing an application, candidates will be interviewed on the spot.
