Windset Farms has started its Spring harvest in Delta, Vancouver, offering bell peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Weather is warming up providing a great kick off for peak season that will run now until early July. The company has also just completed its inter-planting in Santa Maria and expects production to peak in late September where it will run through January.
