The grower, packer, and shipper based in southern Pennsylvania, makes use of its unique hydroponic greenhouse growing system to provide the company with the ability to harvest weekly throughout the year. Richard Towart, Director of Operations and Marketing, says quote, "Lakeville Specialty caters to high-end restaurants and a few select retailers to bring the best quality greens to the consumer.
