Rawl Gives Back Through RAMP: Rockin’ Appalachian Mom Project

<p><strong>PELION, S.C.</strong> – WP Rawl, a third generation family farm which has grown to become a year-round grower/shipper/processor is giving back to the community through its support of the Rockin’ Appalachian Mom Project. Otherwise known as RAMP, the Rockin’ Appalachian Mom Project is a non-profit committed to fighting poverty in the Appalachian region of the U.S. through it nutrition platform.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Rawl has supported RAMP for three years including the present and has spread some holiday love this year by donating 465 individual gift boxes of fresh greens, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and coupons for Nature’s Greens, Versatile Veggies and Paula Deen products to the Homecoming Food Pantry in Inez, KY as well as to some of the neediest school children identified through RAMP’s Backpack Snack Program. As a way for Rawl to show its appreciation for its loyal consumer support, the donation is being made in honor of all of Rawl’s customers.
