<p><strong>MILWAUKEE, WI</strong> - Roundy’s, Inc. has revealed the pricing of its initial public offering of 19,181,818 shares of common stock at a price of $8.50 per share, according to a recent press release. As of February 8, 2012 the "RNDY" shares are being listed and traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The company is offering 14,705,883 shares of common stock, as for common stock, selling stockholders are offering 4,475,935 shares. Also, under the offering, underwriters have a thirty-day option to buy up to an additional 2,877,273 shares from the selling stockholders to cover over-allotments. Proceeds from the sale of shares by selling stockholders, will not be received by Roundy's.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> As for proceeds the company will receive, the press release states, "Roundy’s expects to receive proceeds, net of underwriters’ discount and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Roundy’s, of approximately $111.15 million from the offering.
