<p><strong>MODESTO, CA</strong> - Save Mart Supermarkets, which includes Save Mart, S-Mart Foods, Lucky, Maxx Value Foods, and FoodMaxx stores, has named Mike Cook, Manager of Lucky in Oakley, California the 2011 Nicholas J. Tocco Store Manager of the Year, according to a press release. Mike Cook entered the industry in 1988 with a grocery career at a Lucky store. One of his many successes includes transitioning his store from Albertsons back to Lucky, since Save Mart acquired Albertsons in 2007. Mike Cook, tells AndNowUKnow, "I am so honored to have won this award but awards are not won by one person. I have a wonderful store team, they are passionate about what they do and are results driven.
