Bay Baby Produce Mitigates Food Waste with Regional and National Donations

BURLINGTON, WA - Wasted food is a multi-faceted tragedy that includes the loss of sustenance much needed by all consumers and watching the work and investment of our industry literally being thrown away. Shrink is a vicious enemy, and Bay Baby Produce is fighting the good fight by partnering with organizations both regionally and nationally.

While approximately 10 percent of food waste ends up in landfills, Bay Baby has successfully donated approximately 214 tons of fresh produce to date, managing to reduce and divert food from landfills to reduce food waste and feed Americans.
