We met with Mike Reed, President of BC Hot House, as he discussed his company's new Easy Bites pack for grape tomatoes. Available at the retail level in a 10.5 oz re-sealable pack, the Easy Bites are the result of 2 years of development with the core idea of providing a "unique clamshell to the consumer." It can be merchandised flat or standing in the store. The grape tomatoes are a "super sweet" variety with a Brix count of 8 to 8.5.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
