FORT WORTH, TX - As companies continue to push for further growth, there is one concern that always looms large—distribution. Whether retail or foodservice, a company’s footprint is only as large as its distribution network. Widely-known foodservice distributor, Ben E. Keith, recently took steps to this crucial aspect of growth, holding a ground-breaking ceremony for its new facility in New Brockton, Alabama, located in Coffee County. The new facility is set to expand the company’s distribution coverage in the Southeast by adding up to 1 million square feet in the future. Construction of the 425,000-square-foot distribution center will begin immediately, with an estimated completion date of December 2021.
