California Sun Dry offered attendees a torte which is a perfect holiday hors d'oeuvre and presents a layer of cream cheese, a layer of sun dried tomato spread, a layer or sun dried tomato pesto, another layer of cream cheese and the company's drained julienne cut tomatoes. The company also presented a pasta salad recipe using the pesto product and drained julienne cut tomatoes mixed together. The dish can be served hot or cold.
