At this year's Canadian Produce Marketing Assocation's Trade Expo, we were joined by Andres Armstrong, Managing Director of the Chilean Blueberry Committee. Next to the United States, Chile is the largest exporter of blueberries in the world, and they continue to grow in size. "We have grown at 30% every year", according to Mr. Armstrong. Their season runs counter to North America, picking up in November and running through mid-April, allowing customers access to blueberries year-round. Chile exports to the U.S. and Canada, as well as Asia and Europe.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
