Church Brothers Farms' Alex McCloskey Preps for Global Produce & Floral Show
SALINAS, CA - Will you be in attendance at the International Fresh Produce Association’s (IFPA) Global Produce & Floral Show this year? The ANUK team will be out in full force, and one booth we are keen to visit is that of Church Brothers Farms. As excitement mounts, I got in touch with Alex McCloskey, Vice President of Retail Business Development, who gave me the inside scoop.
“This year, we are going to be highlighting our expanded lineup of Church Brothers brand value-added items. Our convenience veggie category now includes peas and beans; we’ve also enhanced our specialty lettuce products and we continue to offer a large breadth of field pack commodities,” he told me.
According to Alex, Church Brothers’ goal is to make sure everyone at IFPA knows the company is a consistent supplier of outstanding quality and service on its extensive value-added product lineup.
“We hope attendees see us as their single-source solution for all things produce. We want them to understand what our capabilities are, how we’ll take care of them, and what we offer,” Alex explained. “Being in the Grower-Shipper Pavilion already gives us a leg up in communicating our message—it’s a powerful aspect of our company to be so involved with our products from seed to fork.”
On a final note, Alex relayed that the team is most looking forward to connecting with customers old and new, and showing everyone what Church Brothers has been working on over the last year.
“This show is a fantastic opportunity not only for making connections but learning about what’s new, innovative, and up and coming in our industry. Also, because it’s finally back after so many years!” Alex concluded. “Come by booth #4053 and ask us how we can help you grow your business!”
As we continue to ramp up for the Global Produce & Floral Show, keep a tab open for ANUK.
