MIAMI, FL - Convenience and optimized time management are just two of the advantages of Crystal Valley Foods’ high-quality, value-added fruit and vegetable lineup. At this year’s Foodservice Conference, the produce provider will be showing off its ready-to-serve/ready-to-cook fresh fruits and veggies, which offer tons of benefits for foodservice operators.

Katiana Valdes, Marketing Director, Crystal Valley Foods“With labor shortages still a big concern for many operators and restaurants, our value-added products allow for a quicker prep time while still having the option of fresh, high-quality, and unique fruits and vegetables,” Katiana Valdes, Marketing Director, explained.

Foodservice is a key channel of focus for Crystal Valley, which has remained dedicated to fostering strong partnerships with its customers in the sector.

“The foodservice channel has unique requirements due to the nature of the business, and we have always worked closely with our partners to ensure that all of their needs are met,” added Katiana. “This ranges from stringent food safety requirements to unique, high-quality offerings. With the diverse line of specialty fruits and vegetables we have developed over the years, we have become a one-stop shop for many of our customers. We also have a seasoned sales, procurement, and management team that delivers top-quality service.”

With the Foodservice Conference on the horizon, Crystal Valley is taking time to further nurture these partnerships and promote the growth of its foodservice network.

“The IFPA Foodservice conference has always been a favorite and important show for Crystal Valley. Year after year, it allows us to connect with our current partners and colleagues and meet new customers in the foodservice sector,” noted Katiana. “The more intimate setting also allows for more face-to-face time with all of the attendees, which is not always the case at some of the larger shows.”
