NEW YORK, CALIFORNIA, & MASSACHUSETTS - What can be accomplished over the course of 100 years? Just ask the teams of D’Arrigo New York, D’Arrigo California, and D’Arrigo Massachusetts, who recently came together to celebrate the D’Arrigo companies’ 100th anniversary.
“Surrounded by 42 family members, from 99 years old to five weeks old, we felt the connection to our roots as well as the bright future among our already growing fifth generation,” the company said in regard to its recent event.
In celebration of this exciting milestone, Peter D’Arrigo Jr. hosted the events in Boston, Massachusetts, where the original D’Arrigo Brothers Company was founded in 1923 by Andrea and Stefano D’Arrigo.
As a press release noted, the event featured three keynote speakers: Matthew D’Arrigo, Chief Executive Officer of D’Arrigo New York; John D’Arrigo, Chief Executive Officer of D’Arrigo California; and Peter D’Arrigo Jr., Chief Executive Officer of D’Arrigo Massachusetts.
Peter Jr. welcomed everyone to the event, calling attention to the accomplishments of each generation while praising the family for maintaining a strong bond amid the trials faced in a century of business.
“The celebration focused on renewing our commitment to our roots and heritage,” the companies shared in the release. “We recognize the importance of utilizing our unique connections. The company was built through powerful collaborations from coast to coast. The next 100 years will be based on the foundation celebrated on this late August 2023 weekend. We can’t wait for what lies ahead!”
