<p> The sweet potato market has grown by 300% over the past 10 years, with experts claiming further growth over the next 5 years as Europeans clamor for more and more sweet potatoes, according to a press release from Phaff Export Marketing.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> The United States is one of the biggest exporters of sweet potatoes to Europe, with approximately 50% market share, followed by Israel at 18%.
