Earthbound Farm New Promotions and Hires in Sales & Marketing Organization

The staffing changes position the organization to support the anticipated growth as 2013 is projected to be a record year for Earthbound.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p><img class="small-cropped-image" src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacySmallCroppedImages/hl_craig_hope_earthbound_apr_2013_BODY.jpg" alt="Cropped Images April 22nd 2013" />Craig Hope is now Chief Customer and Marketing Officer. He will be expanding his role to lead the marketing organization as well as the sales organization. Hope came to Earthbound Farm in 2010 as Chief Customer Officer where he lead the company’s sales organization. He brings to his new role, 25 years of experience in consumer packaged goods sales organizations. Hope has held roles as Customer Vice President at Kraft, Nabisco, and Distant Lands Coffee.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Earthbound Farm has also announced that Nathalie Fontanilla has been promoted to Vice President of Product Innovation. She joined the company in 2001. She most recently served as Director of Product Innovation. In her role, Nathalie leads product innovation initiatives both in the salad and fresh produce categories and in its new forays outside the produce department with frozen fruits and vegetables, snacks, and beverages, as well as packaging enhancements, according to a press release.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>The company has promoted Samantha Cabaluna to Vice President of Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications. Since 2003, she has been with Earthbound, most recently serving as Director of Communications and Marketing. In her position, Samantha leads the company marketing and communications marketing initiatives for Brand, Trade, Digital, and Events; Public Relations; Social Media; and Communications. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Jessica Harris, Associate Trade Marketing Manager, has been promoted to Trade Marketing Manager. She is responsible for managing and coordinating Earthbound Farm's trade marketing programs in this new role. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Earthbound Farm has recently added Public Relations, Social Media and Marketing Manager Andrea ‘Dre’ Birskovich to the Marketing Communications team, in order to the brand and drive both increased consumer and trade engagement. Dre brings a background in online marketing to the team which will be put to use developing social media, blogger, and integrated marketing campaigns and promotions that support the company’s initiatives and product strategies.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Jeff Davis has joined the company as Customer Development Director where he will be managing the company’s business with Whole Foods Market. Davis comes to the company from Nature’s Path Foods.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Melissa Celeste recently joined the company as Customer Development Manager for the Central Region. Melissa comes to the company from Promised Land Dairy, </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Earthbound Farm has also created the new role of Territory Customer Development Representative/Manager. The role requires the individuals work in stores, servicing customer needs directly and building relationships with customers. The three Territory Managers that have been positioned in the West are Jared Smith, who joined the Company in 2011 as the first Territory Manager, and will manage the North Bay Area/Sacramento territory; Brittany Larkin who joined the team as the South Bay Area Territory Manager and Andrew Scalzo who was recently hired as the Territory Manager for Southern California. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>In the East, two Territory Managers have been hired to serve Earthbound’s New York and New Jersey markets.
