The company comprises approximately 20 percent of the states organic apple crop; equivalent to around 1.5 million boxes. FirstFruits expects the crop to last until about mid-May and is looking for new retail clients to carry its organic apple varieties like the popular Gala and Fuji as well as the Granny Smith, Braeburn, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious and the company's newest addition the Opal apple.
