Located in Stockton, California, Fresh Innovations California specializes in organic and conventional fresh-cut apple slices, under the brand Prize Slice, supplying schools and retail throughout the United States. As Fresh Innovations gets added to the Peterson Farms family, both companies will reap the benefits of the strategic expansion of fresh-cut processing capabilities to customers on the West Coast.
With this addition and the existing fresh-cut apple slices facilities of Peterson Farms Fresh in Shelby, Missouri, and Appeeling Fruit Holdings in Dauberville, Pennsylvania, this allows Peterson Farms to have a presence in three main regions for fresh-cut apple slice distribution to schools throughout the United States.
