Growers Express is introducing its all new living butter lettuce, under the Green Giant® Fresh brand. Living butter lettuce is known for its consistent quality and attached roots, giving it significantly longer shelf-life than other fully harvested lettuces, according to a press release.
Each head of butter lettuce will be packaged in an individual clamshell with the iconic Green Giant® Fresh brand and Box Tops clips. Each package will provide shoppers to a QR code that links to recipes, helpful preparation instructions, and handling tips.

As the only produce brand featuring Box Tops for Education®, all butter lettuce clamshells will feature the Box Tops for Education® logo. Consumers can earn money for their children’s schools by clipping Box Tops coupons from hundreds of participating products. Since 1996, the Box Tops for Education® program has helped America’s schools earn more than $558 million.
