<p>Brian Guess has joined the team at Homegrown Organic Farms as the new Regional Grower and Operations Manager in Southern California.<img src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacyWriterImages/Homegrown_banner_053013.jpg" alt="IMAGES THURSDAY MAY 30 2013" />Scott Mabs, Chief Executive Officer, is excited to have Brian on board and believes his knowledge and experience will be a great addition to the team. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Brian has a degree in Agricultural Business from California State University Fresno, where his coursework and special projects led him to join Baloian Farms as Quality Control Manager. Most recently, he worked with SoFresh Produce as Vendor Development Manager in Southern California.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Guess said, “I’m thrilled to join the team at Homegrown. The unique culture within the company is outstanding and I’m looking forward to growing with the company. Much of his time will be spent dealing with citrus operations in the field and at the packinghouse.
