SALINAS, CA – As Orlando, FL, swells with industry members collecting for PMA Fresh Summit, Mann Packing has further innovations to offer this year’s attendees. Mann Packing has announced that the company has a new look for its leaf lettuce line, to be now known under the Fresh Leaf Farms™ brand and logo.
“It’s a very exciting time here at Mann’s, and Fresh Leaf Farms is a great showcase of our enthusiasm for innovation,” said Gina Nucci, Director of Corporate Marketing. “This brand transformation better represents where we are as a company today and what we have in store for the future.” Nucci adds, “Mann’s remains committed to expanding our offerings, pushing into new markets, and providing our customers with fresh solutions.”
The company stated in a press release that this new direction for the line reflects the evolution of the company and its focus on further innovation, beyond just the company’s heritage as a core vegetable producer. The line was formerly known as Simply Singles®, and is available to U.S customers.
The Fresh Farm Leaf encompasses the following line of single-cute leaf lettuces:
- Better Romaine™
- Better Green Leaf™
- Better Red Leaf™
- proprietary Better Burger Leaf®
This line of lettuces is cultivated under the company’s better-for-you mission, and hand-cut in the field. Each lettuce offers consumers convenience in the multi-use, washed, and ready to use lettuces. The lettuces are also preservative free and verified non-GMO. Even further, Mann Packing now has a newly modified atmospheric tray to make for fresher produce with a 16-18 shelf-life.
Mann Packing has chosen the Fresh Leaf Farms logo, with the launch of a new website, to further represent the company’s high-quality products. The white palette and chalkboard styling is on trend and approachable, characterizing Mann’s innovative culture. The typeface of the logo lends a modern, clean look that demonstrates the company’s focus on sustainability and commitment to providing fresh vegetables made easy.
