Nature Fresh™ Farms seems to agree because the greenhouse grower just added a seasoned marketer to its leadership team. Stephanie Swatkow is joining Nature Fresh’s team as its new Director of Marketing.
In her role as Director of Marketing, Swatkow will work strategically alongside Nature Fresh Farms’ senior management team to redefine marketing plans and drive major marketing initiatives.
Swatkow brings a wealth of marketing experience—over 20 years of experience to be exact—to her new position, having built a career around developing a variety of brands. In addition, through her experience in the consumer-packaged goods, automotive, and retail sectors, Swatkow has gained a deep knowledge of brand development and management.
According to a press release, because of its recent growth, Nature Fresh Farms identified the need to reinforce its marketing team with the addition of a seasoned leader. With Swatkow joining its team, Nature Fresh Farms is well positioned to continue its upward growth trajectory.
Her career began in advertising with Young and Rubicam and global agencies like MacLaren McCann and JWT (Enterprise Creative Selling), and Mamone & Partners. Swatkow’s resume also includes working with brands like Ford, Kraft, Kool-Aid, Jell-O, Airmiles, LCBO, Fairmont, HomeSense, and Birks.
