Two new salads to the OrganicGirl line are I Love Baby Kale salad, a kale and baby lettuce blend that promotes the nutritional value of the kale variety and the Five Happiness salad, an Asian inspired salad. The "Five Happiness" offers high nutritional value with bok choy as its base and backbone within the blend.
