<p> Produce Marketing Association (PMA) has been named as one of The News Journal’s Top Workplaces according to employee surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> The News Journal, an online publication of A Gannet Company serving the state of Delaware, recognized 45 Delaware-based companies and organizations as Top Workplaces 2013, based entirely on employee feedback.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> PMA staff ranked the association highly in areas such as company values, execution, leadership, and culture. Day-to-day aspects such as managers, pay, training, and work/life balance in addition to employee engagement issues such as motivation, wanting to stay at the organization, and recommending working at the association to others were also rated positively, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> A couple of comments from PMA staff that were discussed in the survey include: “Everyone has a passion for what we do and knows how to get great things done,” and “This is the most productive, well-organized company I have ever worked.
