LOS ANGELES, CA - After spearheading great success for Progressive Produce’s asparagus division, Andy Webb is harnessing his expertise to take on a new role with the supplier, as it was recently announced that the industry stalwart has been named Director of Sales and Business Development for the citrus division.

As he takes on his new role, Webb will work with the citrus team to continue Progressive's ongoing growth strategy, building mutually beneficial partnerships and leveraging its diverse company resources, a press release explained.
"Andy's dedication and contributions have been an essential part of Progressive's success over the years," Howard Nager, Citrus Category Manager and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, added. "His drive and sales acumen will certainly help our Citrus business grow."
Webb is a 10-year produce veteran with expertise ranging across multiple facets of the industry, including packaging and logistics. Recently, Webb served as Sales Manager for Progressive's asparagus division, where he demonstrated inspiring leadership, partnership with his customers, and an admirable passion for produce.
As noted in the release, Webb embodies the purveyor's core values of pursuing excellence, treating the business as his own, demonstrating positive energy, and respecting his team members.
