Titan Farms Announces the Return of Award-Winning "Nature's Peach" Box Packaging; Ross Williams Comments
- by Chandler James
RIDGE SPRING, SC - As more consumers set out to make their shopping experience more eco-friendly, Titan Farms is meeting the increasing demand for less single-use plastics as it brings back its sustainable packaging this summer. The supplier’s “Nature’s Peach” box is 100 percent recyclable, and its earthy tones make the colorful peaches inside pop.
“Nature’s Peach box is something Titan Farms is really proud of,” Ross Williams, Director of Packaging Operations and Food Safety, explained. “At Titan Farms we are always trying to get out in front of what is trending and position ourselves as an industry leader.”
The durable packaging conveniently allows consumers to carry it by the center handle, and makes it easy for retailers to stack multiple packages on top of each other to attract shoppers perusing the produce aisle.
In 2020, “Nature’s Peach” box received the Paperboard Packaging Council 2020 Award for Excellence in Packaging and Sustainability for its composition and innovative design, which helps protect the product and separate the fruit so it ripens properly, as explained in a press release. Now, the unique and sustainable packaging is making its long-awaited return.
“Nature’s Peach box, like all Titan Farms packing, was a team effort,” Ross added. “Our staff and customer base spoke, so we listened and delivered a truly 100 percent recyclable package that those who purchase can feel good about.”
The “Nature’s Peach” box is available at Fresh Market from June 14 to August 31. For more ways to meet all your shoppers’ stonefruit and sustainability needs, keep reading ANUK.
