<p>The U.S.D.A. has filed an administrative action against Triple A Grocers Inc. for failure to pay for produce. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>The Nevada-based company has allegedly failed to pay $132,383 to 10 sellers for produce purchases from July 2010 and January 2012.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>The company has an opportunity to request a hearing; however, if the USDA finds that the company committed repeated and flagrant violations, it will be barred from the produce industry for two years and its principals for one year.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><img src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacyWriterImages/paca-violation-may-14-2013-banner.jpg" alt="Cropped Images May 15th 2 2013" /><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">In the past three years, USDA resolved approximately 5,000 claims filed under PACA involving almost $96 million.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p><a class="btn btn-sm btn-primary col-lg-12" style="white-space: normal;" href=" http://www.ams.usda.gov/AMSv1.0/ams.fetchTemplateData.do?template=TemplateA&navID=Home&topNav=Home&page=Home&acct=AMSPW" target="_new">AMS </a></p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
