MISSION, TX - From March 30–April 1, 2023, Grapevine, Texas, is the place to be. Why? Because that is when and where the Texas International Produce Association (TIPA) will be holding its 2023 Viva Fresh Expo, and the association announced that registration will be opening on January 25 for those wanting to attend the exciting event.

Dante Galeazzi, President and Chief Executive Officer, Texas International Produce Association“Viva Fresh has become known for our emphasis on big ideas around fruit and vegetable consumption, and what healthy living can look like in 2023—and Charlie Rocket is an embodiment of that message,” said Dante Galeazzi, Chief Executive Officer and President of TIPA. “Our industry wants to sell more fruits and vegetables, but we have to walk that walk where consumption is involved. The Clean Eating Challenge is a first-hand account of an industry community doing exactly that! And the Viva Fresh Expo, well, we know that’s where fresh fruits and vegetables are the stars of the show.”

The three-day event, which will be hosted at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, not only spotlights the importance of Texas and Rio Grande Valley as vital trade corridors and production areas for produce, but also promotes healthy eating and lifestyles. According to a release, attendees can learn about the industry at the show through networking, education sessions, great food, and relationship-building.

Additionally, this year will be better than ever as popular events such as the Viva Fresh Open Golf Tournament, Grapevine Winery Tours, and In Bloom Women in Produce reception return.

Also, back by popular demand is the Y-TIPA reception, which brings together industry members under the age of 35 to network and learn. Last year, the inaugural event saw over 100 attendees from multiple sectors of the industry.
