LOS ANGELES, CA - Wonderful Pistachios recently unveiled an exciting new seasonal offering for retailers. For the first time, the company launched a limited-edition No Shells flavor: Sweet Cinnamon. This innovative blend combines sweet spice with a nutritious, crunchy twist to drive holiday sales and attract health-conscious consumers.
“Consumers often feel conflicted about indulging during the holiday season,” said Diana Salsa, Vice President of Marketing. “We are excited to offer a delicious, guilt-free snack that can double as a great stocking stuffer and is a sweet alternative to those indulgent holiday desserts!”
No Shells Sweet Cinnamon, available now through the end of 2024, is offered in 5.5 oz bags at U.S. retailers and on Amazon. Each serving packs six grams of protein, merging holiday flavors with healthier snacking options. According to a press release, this new flavor responds to the rising consumer demand for seasonal offerings.
The product features eye-catching packaging with festive snowflakes and cinnamon sticks, enhancing its appeal as a holiday gift. This design builds on Wonderful Pistachios’ signature No Shells bag, adding a festive touch for the season.
Joining an impressive array of No Shells flavors, including Chili Roasted, Sea Salt & Vinegar, Honey Roasted, Jalapeño Lime, Sea Salt & Pepper, and Smoky Barbecue, Sweet Cinnamon is the brand's first sweet launch since 2019. In consumer taste tests, it performed comparably to the brand's top flavors.
Retailers will receive a 72-count holiday display themed around Sweet Cinnamon, complete with a festive balloon accessory to encourage impulse purchases. The launch will be supported by a dedicated digital campaign, content creator partnerships, and public relations efforts to boost visibility and drive in-store sales.
The company’s latest offering promises to bring a delightful twist to holiday snacking, merging festive cheer with a health-conscious choice.
