MIAMI, FL - Miami-based WP Produce will be joining the Global Produce & Floral Show floor at the Fresh From Florida Pavilion. The family-owned grower, packer, and shipper of Desbry® brand tropical fruits and roots will be among a select group of Florida distributors showcasing its locally grown tropical and exotic fruits.

Desiree Pardo Morales, Vice President, WP Produce and Founder, Tropical Fruit Box“We are thrilled and honored to join Fresh From Florida and showcase all we have to offer thanks to our year-round tropical climate, fertile soils, and robust farming community,” shared Desiree Pardo Morales, Vice President of WP Produce and Founder of direct-to-consumer sister company Tropical Fruit Box. “The agriculture business is truly dynamic; and in Florida, not only do we have an economic impact on our state, but we help provide the food supply in key produce segments nationwide, including fruits like the luscious guava that has increasing demand and is not commercially accessible for distribution from any other part of the country.”

Organized by the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA), the special invitation for WP Produce by Fresh From Florida includes specialty tastings by Chef Just Timineri, a certified executive chef, author, award winner, teacher, and television personality.
