Amanda Rodriguez, Produce Procurement Buyer, United Supermarkets, joins Sarah Hoxie in this exclusive interview to discuss her position as a produce buyer for the company. She takes the order from each store and goes out to United's produce partners and purchases what the company thinks that each store will need for ads, the holidays, for the following week, and to keep inventory in stock.
