Tommy Wilkins, Director of Produce Procurement, United Supermarkets, sits down with Sarah Hoxie to talk about the company's fifty-one store family. United Supermarkets' stores encompass four unique formats: Amigos, United, Market Street, and most recently the convenience store format. The company spans from the pan handle of Texas, North of I-20 and spans over to Dallas and Fort Worth.
