Mr. Ondrus describes his new position at Reinhart, explaining that the company is looking to not only expand the category, but to also help customers with the formation of novel, innovative ideas. Reinhart’s key initiatives are to grow the produce category and to work more extensively with customers. Mr. Ondrus also reflects on what he looks for in a supplier partner: similar culture, morals, and ethics, transparency, and healthy exchange of ideas.
